It’s bike show season, and the recent International
Motorcycle Show hosted at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City was a hit.
The venue hall was packed with Bay Harbor Motors veteran Kawasaki and Can-Am
customers and since we are looking forward to a future with Suzuki customers,
we were happy to meet all the GXSR & Hayabusa riders that came out this
weekend.
As always, the Kawasaki booth was flooded with high
performance riders checking out the brand new and improved 2012 Kawasaki
ZX-14R. Another motorcycle that raised much attention was the 2012 Kawasaki
Ninja 650R; a popular bike among those who wish to ride in a less aggressive
upright position but still have the weightlessness of a lighter bike as opposed
to the 2012 Kawasaki Ninja 1000, which also is an upright motorcycle but is
much heavier.
The Can-Am Spyder booth was also a fun section to walk
through, especially for those who straddle the fence between two wheels and
four wheels. The unique breed of motorcycle with two wheels in the front and
one in the back always grabs attention. This year, Can-Am featured the much
anticipated 2012 Spyder RTS Limited in Brown and Tan with the matching trailer
to pull behind. Naturally the sporty models were out as well. In both Green and
Red the 2012 Spyder RSS were hard to walk away from.
And at last, being that we at Bay Harbor Motors have an
interest in Suzuki, we paid extra attention to what such customers were
checking out. Finding that consumers were particularly fascinated by the 2012
Suzuki GSXR 1000, and of course the 2012 GSXR 600, we are excited about getting
our fans on the road on these beauties.
Thanks to everyone who came out. It was a real pleasure
seeing all of our customers new and veteran. We are here to answer any and all
your questions, and as you know our loyalty to you is as solid as your loyalty
to us. We appreciate your business and promise to always go above and beyond to
provide you with the highest quality sales and service. We hope to see you in
our shop soon.
Happy riding!
Peace,
--Marg
